As a member of our coworking community, we ask you to adhere to the following rules

Community Fundamental Principles

We are based on principles of openness, mutual trust, and cooperation.

Show respect for other members, acknowledging and accepting diversity.

We encourage non-invasive connections among members for idea exchange, knowledge sharing, and exploring collaboration opportunities.

Maintain the confidentiality of received information and respect the trust given by other members.

We promote a zero-tolerance policy against harassment, violence, and any illegal activities.

Community Communication

We invite all members to join our communication channels on Instagram, Facebook for updates, and interactions.

Access to Coworking Space

Access is allowed 24/7 based on the paid subscription. Please note that cleaning services operate daily in the space.

Using the Space Outside Regular Hours

If you use the space after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or outside Totem staff presence, ensure doors are locked and lights are off in unused areas.

Coworking Space Layout and Use

Coworking workspaces are flexible, divided among users by a partition wall, each equipped with their own desk, office chair, and a cabinet if needed.

Reserving desks and chairs (e.g., leaving papers, clothes, bags, etc.) is not allowed, except if you are a permanent member with a fixed desk.

In the coworking space, 'library-like silence' is desired. All conversations among users should be in a low tone or take place outside.

Please make phone and Skype calls in specially designated booths, in common areas outside the coworking space, or in a pre-booked meeting room, in a manner that does not disturb other coworking space members and Totem event participants.

Avoid playing sounds or audio through computer speakers; use headphones instead.

Only members are allowed to leave their items (such as monitors, etc.) on their desks after leaving. For other items, please use storage cabinets or consult Totem staff.

Please tidy up your workspace at the end of each day; dispose of trash, wash dirty dishes (mugs, glasses, plates, etc.).

For eating, please use the kitchen area. Alcohol consumption is not permitted in any Totem spaces, except when served at pre-approved events.

Please be careful and do not store food/drink in the coworking space.

Respect the space. Leave it as you found it. If you moved items, return them to their original place and please leave the space tidy.

Storage Lockers

We provide lockers for the safety of personal items.

If not vacated after your subscription expires, their contents will be removed by Totem staff and disposed of after 1 month.

Internet

The internet connection is shared; avoid excessive bandwidth consumption.

Illegal use of our Internet connection is not permitted:

Hacking or spamming; Defamation, abuse, harassment, stalking, threatening, or otherwise violating the legal rights of others (such as rights of privacy and publicity); Downloading any file you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally reproduced, displayed, performed, and/or distributed in such manner; Uploading files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer or property of another colleague; Violating any applicable laws or regulations. Any such conduct, noticed by other members and/or Totem staff, will be reported to law enforcement authorities. Totem will also fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations by providing all necessary information.

Visitors

Visitors are welcome during working hours, under the responsibility of the hosting member.

You may invite visitors (clients, partners, other team members, etc.) to Totem during official working hours. Please book the meeting room for meetings with visitors. You may also meet with them in Totem's open spaces or event-designated spaces (if available), for up to two hours. If visitors stay longer, we ask them to purchase a day pass.

You are responsible for your visitors and for their compliance with the Terms and internal rules. Visitors must always be accompanied by you and inviting visitors into the coworking space is not allowed. Meeting Room Meeting rooms can be booked by members for a fee, depending on availability, during the hours you have access to the coworking space, according to your subscription.

Printing

The printer/copier/scanner is available to all members for fair use. Fair use is defined as less than 50 pages per user, per month.

If your computer does not automatically locate the printer, please ask for assistance from Totem staff.

Security

Security is extremely important for the coworking community. The entire Totem space is under video surveillance and has an alarm system.

For your safety, monitor your belongings, as we do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items. Upon request, we can keep your items secure in a locked space.

Please do not allow access to unknown persons in Totem spaces and immediately report any suspicious circumstances to Totem staff or our 24/7 phone number.

Photography and Video Recording Policy Photography and video recording in this space are allowed only for personal use and in a manner that does not violate the privacy of other members.

Any commercial or other photography and video recordings in Totem spaces require explicit permission from Totem administration and may be subject to an additional fee.

Totem reserves the right to take photos or video recordings of the coworking space and other Totem spaces with users present, for media publication and service promotion purposes. This right may also be granted to third parties, such as journalists. Coworking space members will not receive any financial compensation if they appear in such media publications, but may notify Totem staff in advance if they wish to be excluded.

Damages

If you break something, lose, or cause other damage, you will need to remedy it by repair, replacement, or compensating the cost.

This rule applies to Totem property as well as to other Totem users' property.
